Giet de helft van de melk erbij. Meng en breng de bloem naar het midden van de kom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klop het ei los in een kom en schep het voorzichtig door het bloem-melkmengsel. Voeg de olie en het zout toe en meng goed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blijf mixen terwijl je de rest van de melk toevoegt tot je een gladde pasta krijgt die niet te dik en niet te lopend is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beboter een koekenpan met antiaanbaklaag en zet op hoog vuur. Wanneer de pan heet is, giet je er een pollepel pannenkoekenbeslag in en verdeel je het over het hele oppervlak, terwijl je de pan beweegt. Als de randen loskomen van de pan, ga dan met een spatel onder de cr\u00eape staan en draai hem om.
